Cantonese Opera Shadow Box Souvenir
We designed a thematic souvenir for the Cantonese Opera event organized by RTHK and Xiqu Centre West Kowloon.
The souvenirs were prepared for the guests who are representatives of Cantonese opera actors and enthusiasts. The shadow box is a desk lamp with the silhouette of a Cantonese opera stage setting. The two characters represent the traditional style of the Cantonese opera rolls. The different paper layers illustrate the classic Cantonese opera stage setting “One Table Two Chairs”. The design shows the quintessence of traditional Cantonese opera.
